A Certified Home Health Agency, or CHHA, as it is more commonly known, is a community-based organization approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. A CHHA provides hands-on care to patients in their home, whether they are recovering from acute illnesses or just experiencing a change in their medical condition.

We offer a wide range of skilled nursing and home health services, including wound care, traumatic brain injury, skilled nursing services, occupational and physical therapy, speech therapy and much more.
